Most if not all hospitals have birth balls and peanut balls (what is a peanut ball??).

When you’ve made a decision on what kind of provider and where you want to have your baby, then start calling the cliinics that are affiliated with that hospital. You can find links to most of the teams in the table above (first column). I am wishing you luck on finding a provider that fits well with you. If when you meet your provider something isn’t sitting right with you, you can also change providers. This becomes trickier at the end of pregnancy but is still possible.

You can also build your birth support team by hiring a doula (like me!). Check out the FAQ for more information around pregnancy and birth in Montreal.
